About the Event and Virtual Work Experience

This new video broadcast series is a 30-minute huddle focusing on Power Skills and their importance for successful careers. Host Fran Fraschilla will engage guest speakers in discussion about the importance of transferable power skills such as mindset, communication and teamwork and how they contributed to the speaker’s career journey.

Fran Fraschilla is currently an ESPN college basketball game and studio analyst. He serves as an analyst primarily on Big 12 Conference men’s basketball games.
