Wellness Ambassadors were monitoring employees as they came into the lobby of Boston Scientific. fieldXers were placed to direct employees through stanchion where they would have to get their temperature taken, one it is taken, the number is monitored and if over 99.0 then they would have to be directed to another scan to reassess. This was very strategic following government guidelines every step of the way.
- fieldXer’s were placed in positions of safety to guide staff where professionals could take individuals temperatures, working through the night and during the day. This was a very intense task that our fieldXer’s were given but performed at a very professional level.
fieldXperience Ambassadors were able to help Boston Scientific and Cambria create a safe, welcoming, and confident attitude towards their building environment to have their employees returning to work since April.
