    Working the Formula 1 Military Outpost during the race in Austin gave me the opportunity to practice and showcase my customer service skills as well as demonstrate how to instill a “Culture of Care” with my other teammates – because it’s not only how you treat the customer, but how you treat those who work with you. I’m still learning exactly what I love and am good at, so the Formula 1 micro-internship was a stepping stone to helping me find my true strengths and understand how I should best apply my skills.
